Tregenna Group Practice is currently experiencing extreme high levels of demand and we have seen record breaking numbers of patients accessing our service.
Due to the pandemic and the aftermath it has produced, we are experiencing demand like we have never experienced before. This demand is causing a huge amount of pressure for our clinical and administration staff. Our online service is an amazing platform for our patients to receive access in a much quicker way than prior to the pandemic.
It is open every day but we have to close this when it reaches a certain capacity.
This is to ensure we are working in a clinically safe way for all of our patients and staff. We cannot give you a time it will close as it can vary from day to day. If in the event you need medical assistance that day and our online service is closed you can ring the surgery with your need.
Please be aware the telephones are also extremely busy and the staff are working in extraordinary circumstances to answer these as efficiently as possible. If your query is not urgent we ask you please use our online service the next day when it reopens.
